The Strategy & Operations Lead- RCM will drive growth and operational efficiency across Innovaccer's acquired early-stage companies. This role involves collaborating with category leaders and acquired teams to shape strategies, streamline processes, and embed a scalable operational cadence that supports rapid growth.

Innovaccer is looking for someone with experience in revenue cycle management with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business integration, or growth strategy
  • Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes
  • Proven track record in supporting product-led growth
  • Experience setting up structured cadences for performance tracking
  • Demonstrated success in designing talent retention and incentive programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using data to guide decisions
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills
