Job Description

Butternut Box is seeking a Country Manager to lead its expansion into Italy. The Country Manager will be responsible for establishing Butternut Box as the leading D2C subscription fresh pet food brand in Italy. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team, shaping the market entry strategy, and driving sustainable business growth while upholding the company's values.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations in Italy.
• Shaping the commercial strategy.
• Building and nurturing a local team.
• Maintaining alignment with the UK team and other European Country Managers.
• Bringing the Butternut brand to life in Italy.
• Owning the Italian P&L.

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Experience in a growth-focused, commercial, or leadership role, ideally in eCommerce or D2C.
