Solutions Architect (Post Sales)

Job Description

Aisera is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Hyderabad. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and adoption of Aisera’s AI/ML-powered solutions for enterprise clients. This individual will serve as a key customer-facing technical leader, collaborating closely with clients, product teams, and engineering to design, implement, and optimize AI-based automation solutions tailored to specific business needs.Responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end implementation of Aisera’s AI/ML solutions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and architect for enterprise customers.
• Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Designing and customizing automation workflows and integrations.
• Defining and documenting solution architectures and best practices.
• Providing hands-on support for system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Leading technical workshops and training sessions.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying and addressing implementation bottlenecks.

Requirements include:

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Strong background in AI/ML-driven automation and enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
• Hands-on expertise in APIs, scripting, and cloud-based architectures.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or Customer Experience (CX) automation solutions.
• Proven track record in enterprise solution deployment and technical project management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
