Group Function - FP&A Manager (CA)

Job Description

NetEase is seeking a Group Function - FP&A Manager to provide strategic and financial partnership to NetEase’s global executive team. The role involves being the FP&A support for various studios across NA and/or Europe.

The FP&A Manager will work with passionate colleagues to create games that are fun.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial guidance and strategic partnership to studios’ leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders for studio financial planning.
• Drive revenue forecasting.
• Provide oversight and manage the studio P&L.
• Create P&L modeling and evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare and hold business reviews for NetEase’s leadership team.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve forecasting and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with studio partners and international finance team.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of related finance experience.
• Solid FP&A knowledge, including P&L management, financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience evaluating performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in the gaming and tech industry.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility for cooperation across different time zones.
