NetEase Games is seeking a Community Management Specialist to oversee the development and management of the game community, focusing on user growth, engagement, and retention rates. The Community Management Specialist will supervise a team of customer service representatives and oversee community interactions to promote positive player engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and management of the game community.
- Supervise a team of customer service representatives.
- Oversee community interactions and promote positive player engagement.
- Manage community moderators and conduct performance evaluations.
- Review and localize content for the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in game community management.
- Native English speaker or near-native proficiency.
- Previous experience in player support or communication with players preferred.
- Strong ability to conduct user research.
- Familiarity with community management best practices on Discord and Reddit.
