NetEase Games is seeking a Community Management Specialist to oversee the development and management of the game community, focusing on user growth, engagement, and retention rates. The Community Management Specialist will supervise a team of customer service representatives and oversee community interactions to promote positive player engagement.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Strong ability to conduct user research.
  • Familiarity with community management best practices on Discord and Reddit.
