Job Description
OKX is seeking a Team Lead, Affiliate Business Development to drive business growth within the CIS region. This role involves shaping strategies and activities for partnerships and key accounts, working closely with regional and global teams. The Team Lead will proactively engage with potential crypto partners, KOLs, and key accounts to promote the OKX platform. They will also manage a team of affiliate business development managers, setting strategy and KPI deliveries.

What This Role Involves:
  • Driving revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnerships.
  • Managing a team of affiliate business development managers.
  • Identifying and developing partner (affiliate) / KOL / key account relationships.
  • Overseeing partnership acquisition and reactivation stages.
  • Nurturing relationships with local key trading accounts, projects, media & crypto influencers.
  • Contributing to regional strategies that align with company goals.
  • Supporting the management and lead engineers in negotiating commercial terms.
  • Supporting Product & Engineering lines for product development activities.
  • Actively participating in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related space.
  • Experience in account executives or the front end of business and client development.
  • Experience in leading a team, ideally revenue generating team.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental affiliate program or partnership program KPIs.
  • Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners.
  • Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must.
