What This Role Involves
  • Serving as the technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer goals and objectives.
  • Creating and owning value-based relationships.
  • Participating in all phases of planning and execution, from discovery to technical win.
  • Demonstrating the value of Elastic products and solutions.
  • Advising the sales team on effective positioning.
  • Onboarding, educating, and enabling partners.
  • Creating collateral and contributing to programs.
  • Communicating customer needs to engineering and leadership teams.
  • Deepening sales and technical skills.
Requirements
  • A track record of success in a technical presales role.
  • Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms.
  • Passion for curiosity and continuous learning.
  • History of successful customer relations.
  • Ability to influence and inspire groups.
  • Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
