Mentimeter is seeking a Customer Insights Representative to join their Enterprise Support team in Sydney. The role involves providing support to users, gathering insights, and collaborating with internal teams. The position is located onsite at our Sydney office and commences on the 1st of May 2025.

In this role, the Customer Insights Representative will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
  • Gather and share insights from Enterprise users.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate on team initiatives.
  • Identify potential sales leads.

Mentimeter is looking for someone who has:

  • Business-level English.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B customer support experience.
  • Solid technical understanding of websites and browsers.
  • Passion for supporting international customers.
  • Ability to work independently.
