This role involves driving digital acquisition, optimizing website performance, and boosting top-of-funnel growth. The Director will oversee paid marketing, organic growth (SEO), and website optimization, balancing creativity with analytics to maximize self-serve revenue and drive high-intent leads.They will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product departments, and act as Mentimeter's digital expert. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-growth SaaS businesses, data-driven, and possesses hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, and CRO. They should also be a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities: - Lead and grow a high-performing growth marketing team.
- Optimize paid media, SEO, and CRO across all digital channels.
- Ensure alignment across teams through stakeholder management and communication.
- Collaborate with Product to optimize the funnel and maximize revenue through digital.
- Drive high-intent leads from the website and landing pages.
- Develop and execute a website strategy that ensures high conversion rates.
- Align digital efforts with targeted Enterprise Marketing strategies.
- Streamline processes and create internal guides for campaign execution.
- Track KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for maximum impact.
