Intercom is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Systems team. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining Intercom's HRIS platform, ensuring optimal performance and streamlining HR processes.

The Senior People Systems Analyst reports to the Manager of People Systems and will enhance HR data accuracy, security, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (Workday).
  • Serve as technical lead for Workday modules.
  • Manage user access and permissions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
  • Configure and optimize HRIS modules.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users.
  • Support HRIS system upgrades and implementations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience on HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday and related people systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills.
