Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to join their Client Success team in São Paulo. This role involves managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving business results through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiation. The Client Success Manager will collaborate with various Wellhub departments to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing sales plans for named clients.
  • Leading client relationships for large enterprise accounts.
  • Ensuring contract renewals and expansions.
  • Partnering with client's HR and decision-makers.
  • Providing product feedback to product management.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in a client-facing position.
  • Experience leading large and complex client relationships.
  • Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
