Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to expand business within the Central region. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The ideal candidate will employ a consultative sales approach, understanding customer needs before presenting product solutions. Grafana Labs is looking for someone to articulate the value of Grafana's products, collaborate with customers during trial phases, and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to account management.
  • Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Handling quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • A consistent history of goal achievement in a competitive environment.
  • An energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player.
  • Adaptability and experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with open-source technology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
