Job Description
Kasa is seeking a Group Sales Manager to oversee sales at STILE Downtown Los Angeles. The Group Sales Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy targeting SMERFE and Government market segments.
The role involves:
- Developing account and industry-focused action plans.
- Implementing a sales management process.
- Developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
- Securing room share for Kasa properties.
- Partnering with the Revenue Management team.
- Producing detailed group resumes.
Requirements include:
- 4+ years of sales experience in the hospitality space.
- Knowledge of group and business travel segments in Los Angeles.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Data-driven leadership skills.
- Strong EQ and empathy.
