Job Description

Kasa is seeking a Group Sales Manager to oversee sales at STILE Downtown Los Angeles. The Group Sales Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy targeting SMERFE and Government market segments.

The role involves:

  • Developing account and industry-focused action plans.
  • Implementing a sales management process.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Securing room share for Kasa properties.
  • Partnering with the Revenue Management team.
  • Producing detailed group resumes.

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the hospitality space.
  • Knowledge of group and business travel segments in Los Angeles.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Data-driven leadership skills.
  • Strong EQ and empathy.
