Payhawk is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Customer Success Organization. The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and delivering value to clients throughout their lifecycle. He will understand the customer needs and configure their Payhawk accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Develop and execute customized project plans.
  • Ensure new customers quickly realize the value of Payhawk.
  • Use product data and insights to identify opportunities for optimizing customer setups.
  • Assist customers in scaling their Payhawk usage.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback on potential product improvements.
  • Partner with Account Executives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager in a high-growth environment.
  • Tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software.
  • Native Spanish and bi-lingual/ professional level of English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or Fintech industry would be ideal.
