Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Customer Success Organization in Barcelona. The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and ensuring clients extract maximum value from Payhawk's platform. This involves onboarding new customers, configuring their accounts, delivering training, and optimizing account setups.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation, creating tailored project plans.
- Drive customer adoption by identifying optimization opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Payhawk's capabilities with their needs.
- Gather customer feedback and propose process improvements.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager.
- Tech-savvy with an ability to fully understand our software.
- Native Spanish and bi-lingual/ professional level of French.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented.
- Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in SaaS and/or Fintech industry would be ideal.
