Job Description

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Project Manager to drive the seamless execution of customer-facing projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to meet project objectives, proactively mitigate risks, and optimize delivery efficiency. They will also coordinate customer training sessions and contribute to internal initiatives.

In this role, the Project Manager will:

  • Lead the seamless execution of customer engagements.
  • Manage multiple implementations concurrently.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and ensure a smooth project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential project risks and roadblocks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Provide consistent status reporting for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct project cadence calls with Customers or Partners.
  • Motivate and drive project members to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate customer trainings and support customers with any questions related to training programs.
  • Contribute to internal process enhancements.
  • Monitor project KPIs, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Project management experience in cybersecurity, IT, or professional services.
