Job Description

Kins is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to revolutionize outpatient physical therapy. This role involves delivering high-value care through a hybrid approach of in-home and virtual treatment sessions. The Physical Therapist will have the opportunity to shape their schedule and caseload, focusing on delivering exceptional care to one patient at a time.Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients, assessing progress, and creating care plans.
• Providing exercise prescriptions.
• Ensuring a high level of clinical care and patient experience.
• Documenting treatments in the EMR system.
• Communicating with patients and providers.

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist license in New York State.
• Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in NYS.
• BLS certification.
• Commitment to a minimum of 4 visits per week.
• Excellent communication skills.
