Job Description

Kins is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home patient care in Silver Spring, Maryland. The therapist will work within a hybrid model, combining in-person and digital engagement to deliver personalized care. Kins offers therapists flexibility and control over their schedules, allowing them to set their own hours and choose their work locations.

• Evaluating patients, assessing their progress, and creating individualized care plans.
• Providing high-quality, evidence-based care and guiding patients toward self-management.
• Documenting treatments and clinical outcomes in Kins' EMR.
• Creating a positive patient experience through effective communication.

• Current Maryland or Compact Physical Therapist Licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Commitment to a minimum of 4 visits per week in an in-home or telehealth setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
