Senior Technical Test Analyst

Job Description

Ozow is seeking a Senior Technical Test Analyst to join their team of technology professionals. The ideal candidate will have a mix of automation and manual testing skills and will be responsible for developing with modern technologies and solving complex problems.Role involves:

• Creating and executing test plans within an agile environment.
• Managing testing throughout the SDLC.
• Mapping functional requirements to test cases.
• Automating manual tests for applications.
• Documenting and executing acceptance, regression, functional, and stress testing.
• Liaising with stakeholders to resolve test issues.
• Risk-based testing and prioritization.
• Developing Software Test Specifications, test reports, and validation protocols.
• Reviewing requirements and specifications.
• Ensuring proper version control and configuration management.
• Designing and creating test scripts.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Proven experience with tools such as SoapUI, Selenium, and JMeter.
• Experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum.
• Exposure to load or performance testing.
• ISEB or ISTQB Certification (Foundation).
• Must have a 3-year IT diploma or relevant degree.
