- Experience in consulting, growth, operations, or efficiency roles in logistics, marketplaces, or tech companies.
- Experience with process automation, RPA, and no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and generative AI models is valued.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional projects.
