Apollo.io is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager, SMB to join their sales organization. This role is based in Mexico City and offers a hybrid work environment. The Customer Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for an SMB customer portfolio, focusing on continuous activation and use case expansion, with customer-centric approach.Responsibilities include:
  • Closing incremental business opportunities.
  • Driving value and growth through virtual meetings and business reviews.
  • Maintaining portfolio ownership with attention to detail.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally for a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, B2B SaaS preferred.
  • C1/C2 English Level.
  • A proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience developing a sales pipeline.
  • Comfort identifying additional use cases and expansion opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customer success, support, marketing, legal, and product teams.
