Apollo.io is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for guiding new customers through the Apollo.io platform, ensuring they understand and adopt its core features to achieve their revenue goals. The Onboarding Specialist will be the first human connection for many customers, playing a vital part in their initial experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured onboarding sessions to guide customers through Apollo’s key workflows.
  • Help users master core features such as Mailbox Linking, CRM Sync, and Sequences.
  • Develop deep product expertise to act as a trusted Apollo power user.
  • Balance call volume with meaningful customer engagement.
  • Refine onboarding playbooks based on common customer challenges.

Requirements:

  • B2-C1 Level fluency in spoken English.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing software.
  • Tech-forward and adaptive mindset with a curiosity to learn new software.
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in structured, repeatable work.
  • Customer-first and results-driven mentality.
