CASETiFY is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to join its Global Brand Marketing Team in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. This individual will be responsible for managing daily marketing operations and providing support for project-based initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments, consolidation of information, and adherence to critical project deadlines. The candidate will report to the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager.Responsibilities include:

• Refining operational processes by implementing new initiatives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across international teams.
• Maintaining well-organized documentation.
• Handling financial billing processes.
• Coordinating essential meetings.
• Assisting with data analysis and document consolidation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business administration, marketing operations, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
