Eucalyptus, a digital health startup founded in Australia, is seeking a passionate Patient Support Specialist to join their team. The company is dedicated to solving healthcare challenges globally, including fertility and promoting healthy behaviors for chronic diseases. Eucalyptus combines technology, design, and operational excellence to provide patients with access to high-quality clinical care. Eucalyptus's team operates from five countries: Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and the Philippines.
The Patient Support Team prioritizes patient experience and safety. This role offers the opportunity to learn about various areas of the company, participate in product launches, and develop processes and tools to support growth.
Role Involves:
- Accompanying new patients
- Proactively processing incoming requests
- Making calls to ensure that we deliver products and services that exceed patient expectations
- Working with the pharmacy, nurses and medical team
- Being the first point of contact for patient feedback
- Creating, implementing and maintaining process documentation
- Responsibility for our Facebook community
- Flexibility to take on tasks or new responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, gastronomy, sales or other customer-oriented environment
- Bilingual in German (fluent) and English (minimum B2)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, reliable, caring and strong focus on problem solving
- Proficient in the use of computers or experience with customer experience software
- Enthusiasm for a dynamic working environment, with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative
- Quick comprehension and independent problem-solving skills
