Forma.ai, a Series B startup revolutionizing sales compensation, is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by closing enterprise-level deals. The Account Executive will build and manage a pipeline of Fortune 1000 prospects, helping them transform their approach to sales planning and incentive compensation.Role involves:
  • Owning and executing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Engaging senior executives to position Forma.ai as a strategic partner.
  • Developing tailored sales strategies to penetrate key accounts.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through pipeline management.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Optimizing sales processes to reduce friction and increase efficiency.
  • Utilizing revenue technology stack to track and optimize sales performance.
  • Partnering with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Operations for alignment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of exceeding quota, with experience closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Deep expertise in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset.
