Job Description
OKX is seeking a CDD Operations Specialist to join their KYC team in Budapest. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with AML regulations and maintaining the integrity of customer onboarding processes. The Specialist will work on identifying potential risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and other AML or fraud-related activities.

Role Involves:
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews of customer onboarding cases.
  • Verifying AML documentation using validation tools and reputable sources.
  • Requesting CDD/EDD documentation from customers.
  • Following up on pending CDD/EDD requests.
  • Investigating matches generated by scanning applications against sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
  • Providing information to management on AML/CDD issues.
  • Maintaining high-quality service levels to customers and other departments.
  • Supporting the enhancement of the CDD function and maintaining procedures.
  • Managing specific projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Completion of tertiary higher education.
  • Two or more years’ experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or in a KYC work domain.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
