OKX is seeking an Operations Analyst, MENA (Arabic Speaker) to join their team in Dubai. The analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing customer experience, managing content, overseeing fiat transactions, and monitoring performance.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing customer pain points and collaborating across departments to implement process improvements.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating Support Center articles.
  • Overseeing the processing of fiat transactions, addressing complex edge cases, and managing disputes.
  • Continuously monitoring conversion funnels and other KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization.

OKX requires candidates to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations or customer support, ideally within a crypto or fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations, KYC/KYB regional requirements, and fiat operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
