OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Listing Growth to join their Trading Product Group in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of the product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves increasing user adoption and improving the trading experience on the OKX platform.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and gather user insights.
  • Lead overall marketing strategy for token listing.
  • Continuously optimize campaign strategies for listings.
  • Responsible for new users LTV, user conversion and retention.
  • Develop and build new growth tools.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Strategy or Product Management.
  • Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science / Engineering; MBA will be a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interest in the Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain industry.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
