Job Description
Testlio, a leading quality management company, is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their Platform team. This role involves contributing to the development of solutions that leverage data and AI to enhance software testing services. Testlio is a fully remote company with a global presence, offering a flexible and inclusive work environment.
Role Involves:
- Contributing to team tasks and goals within a Scrum framework.
- Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to create optimal solutions.
- Designing full-stack system components aligned with long-term architecture.
- Building and implementing scalable and high-quality products iteratively.
- Writing quality code, conducting code reviews, and writing automated tests.
- Leading debugging and root cause analysis, offering effective solutions.
- Mentoring team members and sharing knowledge proactively.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of full-stack coding experience with cloud-native applications.
- Strong affinity with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Graphql, PHP, MySQL, AWS, Kafka.
- In-depth knowledge of browser concepts and responsive web design.
- Practical knowledge of modern API architecture, microservices, and event-driven design.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Organized and results-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Preference for a remote working environment within the EMEA timezone.
- Experience in writing automated tests is a strong plus.
- AI/ML experience is a plus.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
