Zenoti is seeking a Project Manager to join their Professional Services team in Costa Rica. The Project Manager will lead multiple customer engagements and projects, driving the adoption and usage of Zenoti system features, integrations, and solutions. They will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants to drive solutions and manage customer expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer engagements and projects.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants.
  • Manage project information including requirements, scope, and schedules.
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships.
  • Manage and track solution delivery.
  • Drive information sharing and best practices.
  • Address customer issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
  • Maintain complete documentations.
Requirements:
  • Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of customer scenarios and system solutions.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Office and Google apps, Jira, Basecamp, Smartsheet.
  • Good understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of delivering on-time project completion.
