The Strategic Account Manager will manage a portfolio of key accounts, implement sales strategies, and understand customer needs.
Role involves: - Cultivating and maintaining customer relationships
- Selling to key accounts
- Implementing global sales and purchasing strategies
- Understanding customer structure, culture, and needs
- Ensuring accurate data entry in Velocity's ERP system
- Delivering on sales goals
- Providing solutions to customer needs
- Creating and presenting reports
Requirements: - Portuguese Language Proficiency
- Existing customer base in Brazil
- High School Diploma or equivalent (4-year college degree preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience in the electronic components industry
- Expertise in sourcing, product knowledge, and account management
- Computer literacy, experience with ERP systems preferred
