Velocity Electronics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences and cultivating long-term business relationships with key customers in Brazil. The Strategic Account Manager will manage a portfolio of key accounts, implement sales strategies, and understand customer needs.
    Role involves:
  • Cultivating and maintaining customer relationships
  • Selling to key accounts
  • Implementing global sales and purchasing strategies
  • Understanding customer structure, culture, and needs
  • Ensuring accurate data entry in Velocity's ERP system
  • Delivering on sales goals
  • Providing solutions to customer needs
  • Creating and presenting reports
    Requirements:
  • Portuguese Language Proficiency
  • Existing customer base in Brazil
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (4-year college degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the electronic components industry
  • Expertise in sourcing, product knowledge, and account management
  • Computer literacy, experience with ERP systems preferred
