This role is crucial in shaping Culture Amp’s data ingestion strategy, creating a single source of truth for employee data, streamlining onboarding, and enabling third-party partnerships. - Defines and drives the data ingestion and processing roadmap.
- Conducts customer and user research to understand needs.
- Partners with engineering to assess technical tradeoffs.
- Collaborates with other teams to build a unified approach to data ingestion.
- Drives adoption of platform services across the organization.
- Engages with stakeholders to influence product direction.
- 5+ years of product management experience in platform, data, or HR tech.
- Technical acumen to collaborate with engineers and assess tradeoffs.
- Customer-first mindset to simplify data challenges.
- Proven ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
