Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join its Employee Data teams. This role is responsible for shaping the company's data ingestion strategy. The Senior Product manager will work to create a single source of truth for employee data, streamline onboarding flows, and enable third-party data partnerships.

The role involves:

  • Defining and driving strategy for data ingestion and processing.
  • Conducting customer and user research to understand needs.
  • Partnering with engineering to assess technical trade-offs.
  • Collaborating with other teams to build a unified approach.
  • Driving adoption of platform services across the organization.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to influence product direction and business strategy.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in platform services, data services, or HR tech.
  • Technical skills to collaborate with engineers and assess technical trade-offs.
  • Passion for simplifying complex data challenges to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Passion for how technology can enhance workplace culture and employee experiences.
