KAYAK, a part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a skilled Java Software Engineer to join their team in Kaunas. The candidate will be involved in implementing new features and maintaining KAYAK's search and booking tech. The role requires working from the Kaunas office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new backend search and booking features
  • Improving existing features with a focus on speed and user experience
  • Creating and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Education in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in JAVA
  • Experience working with Spring and SQL
  • Experience with ElasticSearch is a bonus
