Pushpay is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be based in Auckland, New Zealand. This person will be a go-to HR expert for New Zealand, working alongside the SVP of HR and partnering with the US-based People Team. They will have end-to-end ownership of HR in NZ while being part of a global team.

The role involves:
  • Advising managers and employees on performance and leadership development.
  • Ensuring compliance with NZ employment law and HR policies.
  • Supporting local recruitment processes.
  • Leading onboarding and offboarding.
  • Managing global People Team software tools.
  • Championing workplace culture in the Auckland office.
  • Leading HR initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
  • Partnering on site strategy and events.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or private equity environment.
  • A true generalist mindset.
  • Experience with Google Suite and using a macbook.
  • Excellent understanding of New Zealand employment law and HR best practices.
  • An adaptable coach and trusted advisor.
  • A hands-on approach.
