Nigeria Audit and Investigations Coordinator at One Acre Fund - Nigeria

One Acre Fund is seeking an Operations Audit and Case Investigation Coordinator in Minna, Nigeria, to join the Systems department. This role is crucial for preventing and investigating fraud, harassment, and discrepancies in farmer transactions. The coordinator will audit field operations, lead investigations, and collaborate with various departments to address misconduct, ensuring the integrity of operations.Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the management of reported fraud and harassment cases.
• Supervising investigations and ensuring timely resolution.
• Reviewing investigation findings and ensuring compliance.
• Facilitating the collection of documentation for farmer refund payments.
• Developing and implementing training programs on fraud deterrence.
• Coordinating scheduled and unscheduled site audits.
• Managing field visits to collect evidence and reports.
• Directly managing Operations Audit & Case Investigation Supervisors, providing guidance and training.
• Identifying gaps in investigation processes and recommending improvements.
• Establishing clear communication channels with various teams.
• Collaborating with Field leaders, regional team members, and HR to address case requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigation, audit, or compliance.
• Experience in project, people, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Expertise in reviewing reports and conducting investigations.
• Experience identifying discrepancies and resolving compliance issues.
• Fluency in English and either Hausa or Nupe.
