Job Description
GumGum is seeking an Account Lead to join their Customer Success department. In this role, the Account Lead will manage a portfolio of key accounts, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue. The Account Lead will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs.
The Account Lead will be responsible for:
- Cultivating long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Serving as an expert on GumGum’s revenue streams
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Developing strategic account plans
- Meeting with clients to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Forecasting revenue for key accounts
- Developing client playbooks and guides
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar experience
- 5-7 years of client facing experience
- Expertise in programmatic and omni-channel marketing
- Consistent track record of growing accounts
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Solid experience in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Familiarity with marketing-related analytics concepts and advertising metrics
