NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to contribute to their work with AI, Einstein, and Salesforce.com. In this role, the individual will collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, and design, develop, and implement solutions.

The Salesforce Technical Architect will work with NLP-powered bots and implement solutions across digital channels. By partnering with stakeholders, they will leverage NeuraFlash innovations to help customers create elevated and personalized customer and user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports.
  • Review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide insight regarding the best way to build reports and dashboards.
  • Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
  • Establish best practices for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development.
  • Establish operations and refresh standards based on data strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with end-to-end project implementation.
  • Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).
