This role involves reviewing course content, testing functionality, and collaborating with team members to create excellent eLearning content. The QA Specialist focuses on attention to detail to identify issues and suggest improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Review and edit course scripts and descriptions
- Test course builds and complete issue logs
- Ensure content is accessible according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines
- Collaborate with team and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eLearning QA
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English communication (written and verbal) skills
