OneTrust is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage software implementations and customer relationships. Based in Madrid, Spain, this role involves owning guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion.
The Project Coordinator will be the single point of contact for customers, managing engagement scope, resources, and timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading engagement for guided onboarding and small projects
- Providing a clear and managed onboarding journey for customers
- Organizing and providing project initiation, kick-offs, and implementation close
- Creating, managing, and reporting on project status
- Managing project scope, risks, and issues
- Setting clear prioritization, objectives, and expectations with customers
- Driving project momentum from workshop initiation to completion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
- Previous project coordination experience
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Passion for technology
