Global Payroll Manager at ClickHouse

ClickHouse, the company behind the high-performance columnar OLAP database management system, is seeking a Global Payroll Manager. The role involves providing financial services and supporting global operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing payroll for US and non-US entities and EoR FTEs.
• Reviewing payroll transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Preparing appropriate messaging in times of change or project management.
• Managing compliance for payroll, legal, and tax reporting filings.
• Assisting with payroll-related audit procedures.
• Responding to information requests and assisting in the implementation of key initiatives.
• Staying abreast of new laws and regulations regarding payroll-related issues.
• Demonstrating an understanding of the payroll impacts of employee stock options.
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending changes in procedures.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of multinational payroll experience.
• Familiarity with Employer of Record vs. direct payroll processing.
• Preferred familiarity with Deel Global Payroll, Sequoia One.
• Experience posting accounting journal entries related to payroll.
• Ability to execute and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong experience of administering payroll in multiple countries.
• Experience handling payroll technicalities around stock options in multiple countries.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert use of G Suite applications required and experience working with BambooHR (HRIS) and Netsuite is desirable.
