Sales Strategy and Operations Manager at ClickHouse

ClickHouse is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their expanding team. This role supports sales performance and streamlines processes in the cloud services market. The Sales Operations Analyst ensures interdepartmental collaboration and provides data-driven insights.

The role is critical to the company's growth. The position can be remote anywhere in Australia, Singapore, or India.

What this role involves:

• Developing reports, dashboards, and analysis using Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Superset, etc.
• Managing the forecast and provide analysis on the forecast, pipeline, and sales outcomes
• Responsible for APJ deal support from quote to cash
• Supporting the creation of private offers on Cloud Service Provider platforms
• Provisioning ClickHouse Cloud credits in m3ter, issue credit refunds, and oversee trial extensions
• Building sales enablement and onboarding new APJ sales leaders
• Managing and maintaining territories in Leandata, including the methodology, design, and assignment process
• Solving process pain points and develop long-term solutions
• Partnering with the billing and finance teams to consolidate and automate manual processes
• Partnering with data warehouse teams to maintain a unified data dictionary and reporting cadence plus QA cycle
• Building and maintaining documentation on go-to-market policies and processes
• Participating in the planning process and write compensation letters

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Sales Operations role in a SaaS technology company; startup experience preferred
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge with Salesforce data tables
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to execute multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Systems thinking to define problems and apply creative solutions
• Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts
• Knowledge and experience with go-to-market tools (e.g., Salesforce, LeanData, Groove, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud and consumption-based billing within SaaS technology
