Full Stack Software Engineer - Billing at ClickHouse

ClickHouse is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Billing Engineering team. The team is responsible for building the billing platform behind ClickHouse Cloud. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of technologies, including frontend and backend, while integrating with various external systems. This is an opportunity to make a big impact and collaborate with stakeholders from across the business.

What will the role involve?

• Build ClickHouse cloud’s billing and metering platform.
• Design and build mission-critical processes.
• Deliver secure, efficient, and highly available frameworks and platforms.
• Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to define business strategies and user needs.
• Integrate with a variety of systems (Billing, Metering, Logging, Monitoring, Support, etc…)

What are the requirements?

• 5+ years of relevant software development industry experience building front-end systems running on the cloud.
• 1+ years building billing or metering systems.
• Full Stack coding experience: React, TypeScript, Serverless, Node.JS.
• Experience with billing concepts.
• Experience leading and shipping large scope technical projects.
• Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
