Job Description
FGS Global is seeking a Digital Strategist to manage digital communications programs and creative campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital tools and channels, including web, social, paid media, creative, and analytics.This role involves close collaboration with colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns. Responsibilities span the entire campaign lifecycle, including new business pitches, strategy development, client relationship management, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities: - Developing comprehensive digital communications strategies and tactical plans
- Providing ad-hoc counsel to internal and external clients
- Collaborating with the FGS Creative Studio to develop digital and social advertising assets
- Integrating digital and traditional paid media strategies
- Developing owned media strategies with social media experts
- Analyzing campaign performance with the analytics team and recommend tactical changes
- Managing junior staff on digital programs and help them develop core competencies
- Overseeing client relationships and campaign execution
- Contributing to new business proposals and processes
Requirements: - 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy and campaign management
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing digital programs and campaigns
- Strong client-management and communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work across teams and divisions, and with subject matter experts
- Familiarity with integrated campaign elements: paid and owned media strategy, qualitative and quantitative research, creative concepting and production, social, and analytics
- Keeps current on the latest digital platforms, practices, and tools
- Excellent time management, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking abilities
- Prior agency or political campaign experience is a plus
