Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join their growing Strategic Finance & Business Operations team. This role involves partnering with the Product and Commercial Operations teams, focusing on strategic questions related to pricing, packaging, deal desk, and new product initiatives. The manager will also help manage quarterly business reviews with Product leaders.

Responsibilities include:
  • Business partner to the SVP of Product
  • Own end-to-end planning and goal-setting for product topline growth and gross margins
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews between Product leaders and executive team
  • Partner with Commercial Operations on deal discounting programs
  • Identify opportunities to drive product cross-sell and margin via pricing, packaging, and bundling
  • Research new product/TAM expansion opportunities and build business cases
  • Provide support on strategic planning and product roadmap prioritization

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 6-8+ years of progressive high-growth experience in Business Operations, growth, product analytics, or a similar role
  • Experience with pricing and packaging in a B2B enterprise context (a plus)
  • High analytical skills and strong modeling abilities
  • Fluency in database concepts, SQL, and modern BI tools
  • Attention to detail and strong strategic instincts
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills
  • A team player attitude
