Job Description
The Orchard is seeking a Relationship Manager to be the main connection between HipHop, R&B, and Gospel label partners and internal teams. This person will keep up strong, helpful relationships, make sure campaigns go well, and give help for updates and deliverables. The right person will know a lot about product management in the HipHop, R&B, and Gospel areas.
What the role involves:
- Maintaining close relationships with label teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Ensuring departments have tools to execute campaign plans.
- Sharing regular updates on campaign progress and key initiatives.
- Ensure plans and campaigns stay on track, responding quickly to action items and maintaining momentum.
- Ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
- Using data to adapt campaigns to emerging trends.
- Working with the Relationship Lead to build benchmarks and set campaign goals.
- Staying informed on artists, identifying opportunities to increase visibility.
- Serving as a reliable source about company processes.
- Optimizing label catalogs.
- Solving problems and demonstrating flexibility.
- Preparing performance reports on label, artist, and campaign results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management or campaign coordination.
- Experience product managing with labels or artist management teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with digital tools and project management platforms.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.
- Passionate about the music business.
