Apollo.io is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support Sales AEs and AMs. The role involves building scalable, high-impact enablement programs that drive outbound sales and upsell success. The ideal candidate will develop playbooks, onboarding frameworks, ongoing training programs, and performance measurement strategies to ensure teams achieve revenue targets.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing playbooks and sales systems
  • Designing and facilitating training programs
  • Sales coaching and performance optimization
  • Program execution and measurement
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Driving adoption of sales tools
Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Outbound Sales, Account Management, or Sales Coaching
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies, expansion playbooks, and upsell motions
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Experience translating data into actionable enablement programs
  • Proficiency in enablement tools such as LMS, Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, and Apollo.io
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), resilience, and a self-motivated approach
  • Exceptional facilitation and content creation skills
