Software Engineer at Provectum Technologies

Provectum Technologies, a technology-driven HFT market making firm, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team in Dubai. The company actively makes markets across a broad range of asset classes, providing two-sided liquidity for both retail and institutional investors. They develop innovative, proprietary technology designed to automate market making and post-trade activities.

What this role involves:

• Participating in the development of various parts of our ultra-low-latency trading platform
• Taking part in benchmarking our hardware components
• Experimenting with many emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Strong modern C++ skills, including template metaprogramming
• Deep understanding of modern CPU platforms (Execution pipelines, Branch prediction, Cache hierarchy, NUMA, MESIF, TLB, etc.)
• Broad networking expertise from both hardware and software points of view
• Experience in developing and optimizing ultra low-latency systems in Linux is a must
• Fluent with gnu toolchain, git, vim
• Open minded and be able to learn new technologies
