Job Description

AE Studio, a development, data science, and design studio, is seeking an Alignment Data Scientist to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with founders and executives to create custom software and machine learning solutions, contributing to projects focused on AI alignment and increasing human agency.This role involves:

• Working on client projects and alignment research.
• Automating tasks using AI.
• Collaborating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Working with deep learning-based computer vision, NLP models, or LLMs.

Requirements include:

• Experience with ML or alignment research.
• Care about AI alignment.
• Experience with Python.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Full-time availability.
