Job Description
Airtable is seeking a People Programs Manager to join their People Team in San Francisco, CA. The People Team aims to be a strategic partner, aligning talent with business objectives and fostering employee growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program.
- Collaborate with leaders to create onboarding curriculum and training material.
- Lead and facilitate in-person onboarding sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the onboarding program.
- Oversee culture-building programs like ERGs, Values Awards, and the Culture Committee.
- Support other people programs related to performance and manager enablement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and delivering training & enablement programs.
- Experience designing HR-specific content and programs is a plus.
- Outstanding live presentation & facilitation skills.
- Ability to build connections and community, especially in-person.
- Obsession with the employee experience.
- Methodical and strategic approach.
- Ability to create structure.
- Self-starter with ease navigating ambiguity.
- Resourceful when facing challenges.
