Job Description
Airtable is seeking a People Programs Manager to join their People Team in San Francisco, CA. The People Team aims to be a strategic partner, aligning talent with business objectives and fostering employee growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program.
  • Collaborate with leaders to create onboarding curriculum and training material.
  • Lead and facilitate in-person onboarding sessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the onboarding program.
  • Oversee culture-building programs like ERGs, Values Awards, and the Culture Committee.
  • Support other people programs related to performance and manager enablement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and delivering training & enablement programs.
  • Experience designing HR-specific content and programs is a plus.
  • Outstanding live presentation & facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build connections and community, especially in-person.
  • Obsession with the employee experience.
  • Methodical and strategic approach.
  • Ability to create structure.
  • Self-starter with ease navigating ambiguity.
  • Resourceful when facing challenges.
